1. Appointment for lawyer consultation: legal consultation on creditor's rights and debts.

Charging standard: the law firm charges RMB 200 yuan per hour for interviews; The hourly fee for the interview at the designated place in Shanghai is RMB 500 yuan (reminder: please make an appointment for consultation in advance, 1 hour or less 1 hour).

General agency fee: the lawyer's fee is paid in advance for the debt, and all the recovered money belongs to the creditor; The actual expenses incurred in the process of debt collection shall be settled according to the facts, including: investigation fees, evidence collection fees, litigation or arbitration fees in the first and second instance, execution fees, industrial and commercial fees, transportation and accommodation fees, etc. ;

Semi-risk charge: the creditor pays part of the service fee in advance and then pays a small part of the recovered money afterwards (10%-50%); The actual expenses incurred in the process of debt collection shall be settled according to the facts, including: investigation fees, evidence collection fees, litigation or arbitration fees in the first and second instance, execution fees, industrial and commercial fees, transportation and accommodation fees, etc. ;

4. All-risk charges: creditors pay no fees, but a higher proportion (20%-50%) of the recovery money; Scope of application: customers have accumulated a large number of accounts receivable over the years, and there are a large number of debtors, which are distributed in different provinces, with different years of arrears and different difficulties in clearing debts.
