After all kinds of government information are formed or changed, this organ will try its best to make it public as soon as possible, at the latest within 20 days after the information is formed or changed. Applicants who need government information other than that voluntarily disclosed by their own organs may apply to their own organs for access. When providing information according to the application, this organ shall provide it according to the actual situation of the information, and shall not process, count, study, analyze or otherwise process the information.

Scope of disclosure

An applicant may apply to this organ for obtaining relevant government information according to his own special needs such as production, life and scientific research.

If the government information applied for disclosure involves state secrets, police secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy, which may endanger the national interests, public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, this organ shall not disclose it, except for government information involving commercial secrets and personal privacy and disclosed with the consent of the obligee.

(3) filing an application

To apply for government information disclosure to this organ, it shall fill in the Application Form for Government Information Disclosure of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Bureau (see Annex). A copy of the application form is valid and can be collected at the designated place or downloaded from the website.

Applicants can go to the designated place of government information disclosure of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Bureau and apply on the spot. If it is really difficult to fill in the application form, the applicant can put it forward orally and the staff will fill it out on his behalf.

If the information applied for belongs to the voluntary disclosure of the organ, the organ shall suspend the application acceptance procedure and inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain the information.

The agency processes applications according to the order in which they are received. If several independent requests are made in one application at the same time, the agency will give a unified reply after all the requests are processed. In view of the fact that different requests may have different answers, in order to improve the processing efficiency, it is suggested that applicants apply separately for different requests.

(5) Time limit for publicity

The organ shall give a reply as soon as possible after receiving the application, generally within 15 working days from the date of receiving the application. If the situation really needs to be extended, with the consent of the Office of the Leading Group for Information Disclosure of Zhejiang Provincial Government, the longest extension period of reply shall not exceed 15 working days.

If the government information applied for disclosure involves the interests of a third party, the time required for this organ to solicit the opinions of the third party shall not be counted in the above period.

Where there are other provisions in laws and regulations on the time limit for government information disclosure, those provisions shall prevail.

(6) charging standards

1. According to the standards approved by the competent price departments of national and provincial governments, the fees for searching, copying, mailing and other items occurred in the process of applying for the disclosure of government information are charged.

2. If the "applicant" does have financial difficulties, the relevant expenses can be reduced or exempted with relevant certificates.

Three. Supervision and guarantee

(a) the applicant believes that this organ has not fulfilled the obligation of government information disclosure according to law, and may report to the General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and the Supervision Department of Zhejiang Province.
