1995 -2005 successfully obtained the right to operate in-car advertising media in most provinces and cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Xi 'an, Zhengzhou, Harbin, Jilin, Shenyang, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Urumqi, Fuzhou and Jinan.

In 2005, China Railway Media acquired the advertising rights of all trains in South China, which belongs to Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation, and successfully entered the Pearl River Delta economic circle.

In 2006, all the train media in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Railway Bureau were bought out, and then all the train media resources in Chengdu and Chongqing under the jurisdiction of Chengdu Railway Bureau were bought out.

In 2007, Huatie Media successively reached comprehensive strategic cooperation with Shenyang Railway Bureau and Liuzhou Railway Bureau, and all the train media under the jurisdiction of Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun, Nanning, Liuzhou and Guilin were included.

In 2008, China Railway Media exclusively bought out all the train advertising rights in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Bureau, and basically completed the layout of railway media resources in major cities across the country.
