1) When drilling, drill 50 ~ 80 cm at the pile position with a drill cylinder with a spiral drill bit, then remove the spiral drill bit, drill with a dry drill cylinder, and remove slag while drilling. The drilling depth and verticality shall meet the requirements of design and technical specifications; Drill residues should be cleaned and dumped on dump trucks that cooperate with transportation, not on graded gravel surface, and transported away from subgrade in time.
After drilling to the designed height, clean up the residue, and install the reinforcing cage and the frame for fixing the anchor bolts. When installing the reinforcing cage, do a good job of guiding devices around the reinforcing cage, and set one around the reinforcing cage every 2.0m After the reinforcing cage is put in place, it should be fixed to prevent the reinforcing cage from floating when pouring concrete. When the reinforcing cage is installed, a concrete pad is placed between the reinforcing cage and the hole wall to ensure the protective layer of the reinforcing cage.
2) Concrete pouring
Concrete is mixed in a centralized mixing station, transported to the site by tanker and poured in a string of barrels. In order to prevent concrete segregation, the height of the bottom of the barrel string from the concrete surface shall not exceed 2.0m. Compaction with vibrating rod, concrete shall be compacted in layers, and the thickness of each layer shall not be greater than 30cm;; After concrete pouring is completed, the concrete on the embedded anchor bolts shall be removed and the anchor bolts shall be corrected. Finally, the concrete surface should be leveled and covered and cured into piles, and the foundation concrete surface should be smoothly connected with the subgrade surface.
During construction, 13 ~ 14 bored piles or 26 ~ 28 bored piles can be used as a group, and each group will be poured at the same time after the reinforcement cage is installed. Holes that can't be poured in time will be covered with templates to avoid sundries or construction workers falling in.
3 Preventive measures
1) After cleaning, the drilling residue shall be dumped on the dump truck for transportation, and it shall not be dumped on the graded sand surface to prevent pollution.
2) During the construction process, the surrounding area where the sound barrier foundation contacts the bed shall be sealed with asphalt mortar in time.
3) The waterproof and drainage of the foundation shall be carried out before the completion of the drilling of the sound barrier foundation, and concrete shall not be poured, so as to avoid construction water or rainwater from entering the sound barrier hole. The foundation drilling construction is best arranged in sunny days.
4) The sound barrier foundation shall be constructed according to the design requirements, and drilling shall be carried out according to the operation procedures; The overbreak foundation shall not be backfilled with waste slag, and concrete with the same grade as the foundation shall be used to ensure the integrity of the subgrade.
5) In the area with seepage culvert, the seepage ditch shall be excavated after the foundation is poured and reaches a certain strength.
6) The plane of sound barrier foundation and foundation ground beam should meet the design requirements, and the geometric size and elevation of foundation ground beam should meet the design requirements.
7) Foundation embedded anchor bolts shall be accurate.
