What does a judicial assistant do?

The judicial assistant assists the judge in the trial. Judicial assistants refer to other court staff except judges, mainly including clerks, executors, forensic doctors, judicial police, etc. The main tasks of judicial assistants are as follows:

1. Assist the executive judge to handle the related work of online judicial auction, including auxiliary evaluation, document making, auction data sorting and uploading, auction procedure handling, etc.

2, responsible for the auction target information summary, consulting or preview.

3. Responsible for maintaining the customer relationship between the company and the cooperation court.

4. Other routine work arranged by the court.

As judicial assistants, they should complete some operational and practical work that does not involve the core judicial power enjoyed by core judges, such as filing a case, presiding over pre-trial meetings, exchanging evidence, presiding over mediation, presiding over motion review or hearing, and also undertake subordinate work around judges.
