Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of our school, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System (Guo Fa [2014] No.35), the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Admissions Committee, and combined with the actual situation of our school.
Article 2 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment work of our school implements the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensively evaluates and assesses morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and selects the best candidates.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 3 The school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment of the college.
Article 4 A school shall set up a petition supervision group composed of school leaders and the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission to supervise the enrollment work. Arrange a special person to be responsible for letters, visits, complaints and complaint handling of candidates during the admission period.
Article 5 The Admissions and Employment Office is the executive body of the school's enrollment work. Chapter IV Admission
Article 14 The school treats all previous students and freshmen equally, and does not limit the ratio of male to female students.
Article 15 Foreign language requirements: There is no language requirement, but the school only provides English teaching.
Article 16 Candidates' physical health requirements: The school implements the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Seventeenth according to the requirements of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, in line with the principle of "the school is responsible for enrollment and supervision", adhere to the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", and implement long-distance online admission.
Article 18 the principle of professional admission for candidates to enter the archives: ordinary college entrance examination candidates are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the principle of voluntary priority; Candidates in secondary vocational schools take the way of "voluntary priority" according to the comprehensive total score of major categories, and enroll students from high to low; Professional volunteers are not graded.
Nineteenth candidates who can not meet all the professional volunteers will be transferred to other majors that are not enrolled, if they obey the professional deployment.
Article 20 Candidates who fail to meet their professional aspirations and do not obey the professional deployment will be dismissed from the school.
Article 21 Schools should strictly implement the policy of "extra points for applying for files" formulated by provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), encourage candidates to develop morally, intellectually, physically and artistically in an all-round way, and take the results of applying for files as the main basis for admission and professional arrangement.

Chapter VI Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Difficulties Subsidies

Including national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, enterprise scholarships, school scholarships, freshman scholarships and other awards and grants, the amount of individual awards is 8000 yuan/year, and the cumulative amount of awards in a school year can exceed 14000 yuan. Scholarships and grants can cover more than 30% outstanding students and 100% poor students.
