Please look at the dental film. Is the location of secondary caries near the pulp?

It is far from the bone marrow, but only the distal adjacent surface is secondary to caries. As long as it is cleaned up, it can be repaired at one time. Instead, there is something wrong with the porcelain teeth of the six teeth behind you. The apical shadow is near the middle root, and the apical inflammation is near, so root canal treatment may be needed. Go and see as soon as possible.

The black line in the middle of the tooth is the pulp. From the film alone, the secondary caries in the distance is far from being seen.

If the probe can hook the edge of porcelain teeth, it may be that the edge is not tight, but as long as you clean the toothbrush, the dental caries may still be small, but the main problem now is apical inflammation. Care is a small matter, pulp necrosis. It must be treated as soon as possible, and it is best not to delay.
