According to the survey, at present, the dominant varieties in the domestic American red maple market are American autumn red maple (also known as Acer truncatum, autumn flame, etc. ), and the number of trees in the nursery is about 5,000. Most of the domestic enterprises that make American red maple are the seeds of American red maple. American red maple seedlings are unstable in discoloration, or do not change color, and their growth potential is poor. American red maple is cheaper to sow and propagate, but as an investment, it is not recommended to consider because of discoloration and growth speed. It can be considered that the southern autumn flame red maple and October Guanghua belong to the American red maple series, with consistent color change and good growth potential. The adaptability of autumn flame in the south is better than that in the north.

American autumn red maple has performed well in China in recent years, which is obviously better than other green seedlings in China. Now it is gradually accepted by local municipal and real estate units. Therefore, the price of autumn red maple in the United States will not fluctuate too much in the next five years.
