Have one of the following conditions, you can sign up for the intermediate economic professional and technical qualification examination:

(a) graduated from high school and obtained the primary economic professional and technical qualifications, engaged in related professional work for 10 years;

(two) with a college degree, engaged in related professional work for 6 years;

(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and to engage in relevant professional work for 4 years;
