Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of ordinary senior high schools and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, and in combination with the actual situation of schools.

Article 2 The enrollment of ordinary high schools follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 11 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on enrollment, formulating enrollment statutes, enrollment statutes and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting discipline enrollment plans, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.

Twelfth admissions office is the executive body of the school enrollment leading group. Its main responsibilities are to prepare enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time undergraduate and junior college enrollment according to the school's enrollment regulations and implementation rules.

Thirteenth schools set up an enrollment supervision group composed of school leaders and discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the enrollment work. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 14 The enrollment plans and related requirements of professional schools shall be subject to the professional catalogue published by Shengyuan Province.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 15 The enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the recruitment office supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education shall be implemented. The enrollment shall strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment office, and be based on the results of the candidates' college entrance examination, in line with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and be selected on the basis of merit.

Article 16 On the basis of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, specific admission criteria shall be formulated on the minimum admission control score line designated by the provincial admissions committees, and admission shall be classified according to liberal arts, science, sports, music and fine arts.

Seventeenth undergraduate enrollment in Guangdong province to implement the parallel volunteer, the investment ratio is not higher than 120%. According to the students' situation, the investment proportion is generally controlled within 100%- 120% of the enrollment plan, and the school will make corresponding adjustments according to the students' situation.

Students from outside the province are enrolled according to the enrollment level and the proportion of investment in the province of origin.

Article 18 If the ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination are qualified, the unified examination results reach the admission control score of the same batch, and meet the requirements of the school, the school will select the best candidates from high to low according to the wishes of the candidates.

Nineteenth professional admission according to the candidates' college entrance examination results, under the same score according to the candidates' voluntary admission.

Article 20 When all the candidates' professional volunteers are not accepted, in case of professional adjustment, they will be transferred to the majors with vacancies in the enrollment plan according to the total scores of candidates and taking into account the scores of individual subjects. Otherwise, they will be fired.

Article 2 1 1. Candidates who apply for the first-class qualification of high-level athletes in our school must take the special physical education test of high-level athletes in our school. Those who pass the examination must also take a separate examination of the culture class organized by our school. Those who pass the cultural examination are selected according to their professional achievements, and the number of students enrolled in this part does not exceed 20% of the enrollment plan for high-level athletes. 2. Candidates who apply for the second-level qualification of high-level athletes in our school must participate in the special sports test of high-level athletes in our school. Those who pass the exam must also take the national unified college entrance examination at the place where they are registered. The results of special sports tests are particularly outstanding, and there are indeed prospects for training. The cultural score of the college entrance examination reaches 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where candidates are located. Our school will apply to the admissions authorities of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located. The number of candidates admitted to this part does not exceed 30% of the number of candidates admitted to high-level athletes. 3. Candidates who have passed the special sports test will be selected according to the professional test results when the scores of cultural courses reach the second batch of undergraduate control scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located.

Article 22 English is the public foreign language teaching in our school. Candidates who are not English languages should apply carefully.

Twenty-third art, music, sports majors in the articles of association to implement the above provisions, according to the following admission principles:

(1) major in art design. In the same volunteer, 60% of the subjects in the unified examination (converted into a hundred percent system) and 40% of the cultural achievements (converted into a hundred percent system) are selected; The comprehensive total score is counted by province, in which Guangdong province is counted by Guangzhou students and non-Guangzhou students respectively.

(2) Broadcasting and Hosting Art Major: 1. Broadcast host (including Mandarin and Cantonese). Candidates with the top 3 total scores of technical subjects in the test center, whose cultural achievements reach the minimum admission control score of music (or broadcasting) in the province where the candidates are located, will be given priority; The rest of the short-listed candidates are admitted according to the scores of individual subjects (converted into 100% system), and the cultural scores (converted into 100% system) account for 30% of the total scores. 2. Admission principle of broadcasting and hosting (radio, film and television editing and directing): 30% of the same volunteers will be based on their cultural achievements (converted into a hundred-point system) and 70% will be based on their individual exam results (converted into a hundred-point system).

(3) Music major. 1. Admission method for candidates in the unified examination: 70% of the same volunteer candidates are subject to the results of the unified examination (100% system), and 30% are subject to the comprehensive total score; When the total score is synthesized, it is counted according to Guangzhou students and non-Guangzhou students respectively. 2. Admission method for single-recruit candidates majoring in musicology and dance choreography: Candidates who rank first in musicology (vocal music), musicology (instrumental music and piano) and dance choreography in the test center, whose scores reach the minimum admission control score of the music in the province where the candidates are located, will be given priority in their cultural courses; The remaining short-listed candidates will be selected according to their cultural achievements (converted into a hundred percent system) accounting for 30%, and the scores of individual subjects (converted into a hundred percent system) accounting for 70% of the total score.

(4) Physical education major. In the same volunteer, 50% is based on technical subjects (converted into a hundred percent system) and 50% is based on cultural points (converted into a hundred percent system).

Article 24 In Guangdong Province, fresh high school graduates from Guangdong Province who apply for the undergraduate level of arts and sciences in our school must obtain grade scores in three academic proficiency tests, and at least two of them have reached Grade C or above; Graduates of ordinary high schools in Guangdong province who apply for arts and sciences are required to obtain grade scores in three academic proficiency tests, and at least one of them has reached grade C or above. When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.

In Guangdong province, high school graduates who have applied for the major of physical education, music and art in our school have scored D and above at least twice in three academic proficiency tests. When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.

Twenty-fifth by the provincial admissions office publicity that year, "ordinary colleges and universities to take care of extra candidates qualification" in the extra points to be recognized. Candidates who meet the priority admission conditions announced by the national and provincial admissions offices will be given priority admission by the school under the same conditions.

Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy can get bonus points according to the regulations of the admissions offices of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the total score after the bonus points shall prevail when enrolling majors.

Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards

Article 26 The physical examination standards for school admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.

Article 27 Due to the employer's requirements on the eyesight and height of the candidates, candidates with color blindness, night blindness and monocular lens power less than 500 degrees should be corrected to 4.8, male height 1.70 meters and female height 1.60 meters or less. Please apply carefully.

Article 28 After the freshmen enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or are not suitable for studying the admitted majors after review will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations on student status management, and will be transferred to a major or disqualified.

Chapter VII Charging Standards

Twenty-ninth students' tuition and accommodation fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and the Guangdong Provincial Price Bureau.

Chapter VIII Policy of Subsidizing Students

Thirtieth national student loans, scholarships, grants and other student assistance measures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and our school.

Article 31 The school has established a multi-form reward and assistance mechanism and system with "reward, loan, assistance, supplement and reduction" as the main body. In addition to actively implementing national scholarships and national student loans, we also arrange nearly100000 yuan of self-raised funds to set up in-school scholarships every year to reward students with excellent academic performance and help students with financial difficulties successfully complete their studies. Students from poor families with excellent academic performance can get up to 25,000 yuan in bonuses and grants every year. At present, the main funded projects are: 1. National scholarship: once every academic year, for all students, with a maximum bonus of 8000 yuan/person/year. 2. National Inspirational Scholarship: reviewed once every academic year, and used to subsidize 5,000 yuan for each student with financial difficulties and excellent academic performance. 3. State grants: reviewed once every academic year, and used to subsidize 2000 yuan for each student with financial difficulties. 4. Scholarships for outstanding students: awarded once every academic year. According to the comprehensive evaluation ranking and outstanding performance of students in school, awards will be given according to the grand prize, the first, second and third prizes, scholarships and individual prizes, with a maximum bonus of 5,000 yuan/person-year. 5. Chapter X Supplementary Provisions

Article 34 The Articles of Association was discussed and passed by the President's Office Meeting of Guangzhou University on March 2, 2002, and it is applicable to the undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) enrollment of Guangzhou University in 20 12 years, and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

Article 35 Guangzhou University entrusts the Admissions Office of Guangzhou University to interpret the Articles of Association. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national and provincial policies and regulations, the national and provincial regulations shall prevail.
