ITSS is the abbreviation of information technology service standard, which means information technology service standard in Chinese. IT is a standard library and a methodology for providing IT services developed by ITSS working group under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Committee.
ITSS standard system is not only the summary and promotion of the best practices of IT service industry in China, but also the solidification of independent innovation achievements of various institutions engaged in R&D, supply, promotion and application of IT services in China.
ITSS has the following characteristics:
1. Comprehensive coverage: ITSS covers the components of IT services and the whole life cycle of IT services, and also covers IT services of different business types such as consulting, design and development, information system integration, data processing and operation.
2. Overall planning: ITSS is a systematic standard library, and its research and development process starts from the planning and design of the system and is formulated according to the principle of "emergency first, maturity first".
3. Scientific authority: ITSS is a series of national standards formulated in strict accordance with the requirements of the Standardization Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Standardization Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and following the principles of openness, fairness and justice, and is used to guide the healthy development of the information technology service industry.
