The Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply, Drainage and Heating Engineering (GB50242-2002) does not specify the length of fire pipes. Usually, after the pipeline is tightened, it is better to expose 2 ~ 3 wires.
1, riser installation
Install the riser fixing clips from top to bottom in a unified way on each floor, and arrange the prefabricated risers in layers according to their numbers, and install them in turn. When the riser is concealed in the shaft, a clip should be installed on the iron embedded in the tube well, and the support and hanger at the bottom of the riser should be firm to prevent the riser from falling off. When installing the riser, holes should be reserved on each floor, and the riser should run through with the structure construction to reduce the riser interface.
2, branch pipe installation
The fire hydrant branch pipe shall be located at the coordinates and elevation of the plug valve. According to the design layout and construction specifications of transverse branch pipes, the position and quantity of supports and hangers are determined. According to the specification requirements, the prefabricated supports and hangers are fixed.
