According to the decision of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation and Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department to grant traffic administrative license (Su Gao Xu Zi 00 13 1), Hu Ning Company will carry out road maintenance works for expressway Shuofang Hub from 0: 00 on May 20, 2008 to 24: 00 on May 2008. During this period, traffic control measures will be closed and vehicles will be banned.
General situation of construction
From 1 to May 10, the section from Shuofang Hub of Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway to Suzhou North Hub will be fully enclosed, with a total length of 2 1.6km.

2. Regional bypass and shunt
Cars heading for Shanghai and Zhejiang can bypass G422 1 Huwu Expressway, G40 Hushan Expressway, S48 Yi Xi Expressway and S 19 Tongxi Expressway in six hubs, including Henglin Hub, Wuxi North Hub, Qiao Qi Hub, Wuxi Hub, Zhangjiagang Hub and Guangling Hub.
3. Local forced bypass and shunt
From May 10 to May 3 1, vehicles bound for Shanghai, Zhejiang and other regions must be diverted at Shuofang Hub. All vehicles are bypassed by S 19 Tongxi Expressway, S58 Shang Hu Expressway and S 17 Tai Su Expressway (formerly S9 Sushao Expressway).
