Article 4 The income from teaching fees and accommodation fees of public kindergartens shall be included in the management of administrative fees, while the income from teaching fees and accommodation fees of private kindergartens shall be included in the management of operating service fees.
Article 5 The formulation or adjustment of the standard of teaching fee for public kindergartens shall be put forward by the provincial education administrative department according to the actual situation of the local urban and rural economic development level, the cost of running a kindergarten and the affordability of the masses. Three departments by the provincial price department, the financial department after the audit, the provincial people's government for approval.
To formulate or adjust the accommodation fee standard of public kindergartens, the local education administrative department shall put forward opinions and report them to the local price department in conjunction with the financial department for approval.
