Because I always believe in my heart that children who can play will learn! Don't underestimate this matter. Generally, children with high IQ and EQ can play.

However, there has been no theoretical support in this respect until I read an article over the weekend.

In August this year, The Telegraph just reported a new study: Children can improve their brain function by exercising for one hour every day, including improving their attention, avoiding distractions and switching between different cognitive tasks.

Researchers from the University of Illinois observed 22/kloc-0 pupils for 9 months. Half of the children take part in one-hour activities every day as "sports groups", which are designed as indicative games that children like to play. The other half of the children in the "free group" have no specific sports requirements.

Nine months later, researchers and pediatricians tested these children and found that the children in the "exercise group" not only improved their health by 6%, but also improved their attention in mental tasks.

The study, published in the journal Pediatrics, found that children who participated in daily training significantly improved their ability to concentrate, avoid distractions and switch between cognitive tasks. They can shield other interferences and concentrate on their own tasks, and their ability to switch between cognitive tasks has been significantly improved.

The main reason for the improvement of children's concentration in "sports group" is that these physical games are indicative and purposeful, and children must concentrate on using their bodies and brains at the same time in order to achieve these physical skills and complete the game tasks. Another reason is that such physical games put children in a "social environment", and playing games with other children will better stimulate brain development.

In daily life, you should also have a clear idea when playing with children. I think according to the above theoretical support, the arrangement of the game can be divided into three aspects.

1, big action without instructions:

There is no command arrangement, mainly to vent energy and exercise.

2. Goal-oriented compulsory games: games and sports with instructions and goals. In the process of sports, they will think, concentrate and coordinate their bodies to complete their goals and tasks.

3. Group social games: games that encourage children or parents to participate together. During the game, they can better feel the emotions of their peers and learn how to cooperate and encourage others.

Children play with toys, draw pictures and study in kindergarten all day. They are tired of indoor games. The outdoor world is open, you can splash water, run, chase each other and gasp. How can you stand staying in a small space?

Before CiCi went to kindergarten, after work at three o'clock every day, I took her to the community or park from four o'clock to go home for dinner after six o'clock, at least two hours. As long as the weather is fine on weekends, I seldom stay at home.

3. Small water gun

5. The eagle catches the chicken

This requires more children to participate. Every time I take cici downstairs to play, I ask to play this game as long as I meet a few common ladies. Most children like adults to participate. You can ask the children's opinions.

6. scooter

Many children's scooters can be skated by adults. The game between cici and me is often that we take turns to step on the scooter and run to see who is faster! In this game, we can run around the community twice, making me gasp. Lose weight with the baby!

Step 7 climb the mountain

It's really great to take children to climb mountains. Good air in the mountains is not only good for children's health, but also can hone their willpower. According to my own and my mother's reaction, children's climbing ability and endurance are better than adults think.

CiCi just turned two years old, and we climbed wild mountains in Xiamen Botanical Garden for more than an hour. The children are in high spirits. When they were tired, they found a big stone to sit on, looked at the foot of the mountain, ate an orange, and then tried to climb up. Hong Chen recently saw several sisters playing badminton in the community, so he encouraged them to play badminton together. I bought the biggest badminton racket, only to find that children under 3 still can't play and often miss the ball, which makes them feel very depressed.

rope skipping

For older children, skipping rope is really a good choice. Increasing counting and fancy skipping can not only exercise physical coordination, but also strengthen mathematical memory.

1, not afraid of dirt. Encourage children to feel and contact diverse environments as much as possible.

2. Don't interfere excessively. Children play games in the middle, sometimes ask questions, and sometimes feel that the method is wrong, which is the greatest harm to concentration and imagination.

3. Put the phone down. Walking around the community, I found that no matter grandparents or parents, they can't do without mobile phones.
