Step 2 interview
By means of structured interview, comprehensive evaluation is made from the aspects of speech expression, manners, comprehensive analysis, communication ability and adaptability, and candidates' examination results are informed on the spot.
The written test and interview scores are included in the final total score at a ratio of 50% each. Graduates who have won university scholarships, outstanding student cadres, advanced individuals and other comprehensive honors. Or those who have been commended by the school in this major will be given priority under the same circumstances.
Fourth, admission
After the interview, according to the total score, according to the proportion of the number of applicants 1: 1, the physical examination personnel will be determined from high to low, and the physical examination will be organized in a unified way with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial).
Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the department. According to the total score, physical examination and assessment results, determine the candidate to be hired, sign an employment agreement with him, and go through relevant employment procedures. Candidates who have not obtained a diploma or degree certificate, or who practice fraud, violate the examination discipline or fail the physical examination, will be disqualified from employment, and the candidates will be hired according to the total test scores from high to low.
Newly recruited undergraduates will have a one-year probation period, during which the salary will be paid according to the state regulations. People with work experience will be on probation for half a year. Newly hired graduate students will be paid at the beginning of half a year.
