Third, what qualifications are there?
(1) basic conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Qualifications such as academic qualifications, degrees, professional titles and majors required by the post. Doctoral students, master students and "double-class" full-time undergraduates with post conditions need to obtain corresponding academic certificates and degree certificates. If the applicant is required to have work experience, the calculation time of work experience shall be May 3, 20221day, and participation in social practice, internship and part-time experience during full-time school (until formal graduation) shall not be regarded as work experience; The major required for the post refers to the professional guidance catalogue of civil servants in Hunan Province in 2022 and the professional catalogue of the Ministry of Education. 3. Qualification examination
The employer conducts a preliminary examination of the qualifications of candidates, and after reporting to the social department for examination, it decides to enter the examiner list. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction, and those who do not meet the introduction conditions or forge documents or practice fraud will be disqualified once they are found.
(2) examination. The examination is organized and implemented by the employing unit and its competent department according to the procedures, which mainly tests the adaptability of candidates to the introduced positions in terms of ability and quality, application of professional knowledge, etc. The examination method is arranged by the employer according to the post situation, and can be conducted in one or more ways, such as examination, written examination, interview, trial lecture and practical operation. The time, place and relevant provisions of the examination shall be notified separately by the employer.
(3) physical examination. According to the introduction plan, the medical examiners are determined according to the test scores from high to low, and the medical examination is carried out according to the Notice on Amending the General Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) and the Manual of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 140) and other regulations. According to the unified arrangements of the state to curb the drug-related and drug-taking work of public officials, drug-taking testing will be included in the physical examination scope of high-level talent introduction personnel.
(4) inspection. Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection procedure to inspect the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the inspected objects, and review their qualifications. If there is a vacancy in the introduction plan due to reasons such as unqualified physical examination, unqualified inspection or automatic abandonment, the employer may make up for it in equal amount in turn according to the comprehensive assessment results, and the number of replenishment shall not exceed 2 times at most.
(5) employment. ? Those who pass the inspection will be hired by the employer through collective research, and will be publicized to the public for 5 working days after being audited by the human society department. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employer and the institution shall sign an employment contract, go through the filing procedures and bring it into the management of the establishment of the cause. In principle, the service period of imported personnel shall not be less than 3 years, and they shall not apply for transfer or participate in the recruitment examination of other units before the end of the service period.
