Based on the transformation of prisoners from "prisoners" to "social people", the prison has established three teaching and training bases in conjunction with social teaching forces, taking the lead in developing vocational skills training for prisoners in the prison system of the whole province, and actively creating a "golden cane" for prisoners to return to society and settle down.

In recent years, due to family changes during the prison term, children drop out of school and family life is particularly difficult.
