In order to further implement the goal of "stabilizing land prices, housing prices and expectations", combined with the actual development of real estate in our city, with the consent of the municipal government, we hereby notify you of the adjustment of some real estate control policies as follows:

1. Reduce the pre-sale conditions:

The first is to cancel the original batch interval of not less than 3 months.

Second, if the total construction area is less than 40,000 square meters, you must apply for pre-sale at one time; If the total construction area exceeds 40,000 square meters (inclusive) and the pre-sale permit is applied in batches, the construction area of each batch shall not be less than 20,000 square meters (except for the last time).

2. Adjust the policy of "notarization and lottery":

First, commercial residential quarters with floor area ratio ≤ 1.2 and commercial residential buildings with building floors ≤3 shall not adopt the method of notarization and lottery sorting.

Second, it was originally scheduled that "any newly obtained pre-sale permit for commercial housing projects (including current sale) shall be notarized by the notary office". If the number of registered people is greater than or equal to 1 compared with the number of pre-sold houses in the current period, a notarized lottery will be implemented.
