Five ways to improve employees' execution.

In order to build executive power, I think it should be carried out from five aspects, which can be summarized as "five diligence", namely, eye diligence, oral diligence, hand diligence, body diligence and heart diligence. This "five diligence" is based on improving one's own quality and habits. Only by doing these five things can a person really have executive power, otherwise, executive power can only be temporary and cannot last for a long time.

First, the eyes are diligent.

Eye attendance has two meanings:

1, there is a target in the eye.

We must know what is the ultimate goal of this position and what is the ultimate mission of our work. When the goal is not clear, we need to set a clear goal for ourselves. The second of Napoleon's seventeen laws of success is to have a clear goal. With a clear goal, you can know what you want to do, when to do it and how to do it. Write down the goals you want to achieve this year, big or small, and wait until next year. Even if it is not fully realized, it must have been partially realized, which is a step closer to the goal. A goal can be achieved one day.

2. Look at your work.

Constantly examine what you have done, whether the task is done well, whether it meets the standards, and whether what you have done helps to achieve the expected goals. What work can be improved and efficiency can be improved, even if it is something seemingly trivial;

Examination is introspection. Before all the athletes go on stage, the coach will tell them that the movements must be in place, which is the guarantee of high scores. Only by doing it in place can we reflect the efficiency of implementation. Otherwise, it is likely that even if it is implemented, it will be far from the requirements, which will lead to the need to spend more energy to make up or start over.

For leaders, it depends not only on their own work, but also on whether the work of their subordinates meets the requirements and is implemented in accordance with the system process; We arrange the work of our subordinates, whether they understand what the work is, whether the methods we adopt can be clearly understood by them, and whether they can overcome the difficulties in carrying out this work.

Second, oral attendance

Oral attendance also has two meanings:

1, communication feedback.

Oral communication is active communication, and communication should be carried out when the goal is not clear; Communicate when others need cooperation; If the process is unclear, communicate when the result is controversial, communicate with subordinates, communicate with superiors, communicate with colleagues, and need timely feedback after communication. A lot of our work now can't be done by one person, and it needs the cooperation of many people or departments. If we don't communicate and give feedback well, it is easy to appear that we don't know where the problem lies, which will lead to delays and even bad consequences.

2. Guidance and training for partners' work

For leaders, oral attendance also includes guidance and training for partners. Training is to cultivate partners' practical ability and thinking ability and correct their behavior deviation. The training method is not only teaching training, but also training anytime and anywhere. Training partners is one of the most important abilities of leaders. They can't train partners and are not qualified managers. The ability of partners to do things directly affects the efficiency of the whole department.

Third, hand clothing.

Hand service is to do, take the initiative to do, and form the habit of doing, rather than waiting for orders or supervision, especially things within the scope of duties.

"Easy to abandon, pick up; Things that are easy to forget are recorded in a short article. Putting them into action is the key. It's hard to know if something can be done without doing it. When the turnover rate is 20%, only 20 customers can be sold when you see 100 customers. But the problem is, if you don't look for these 100 customers, you will never know what your success rate is and whether you can succeed. Don't stop doing things because of trifles. When you have a good idea, you should do it. It is difficult for us to know in advance how much influence a small matter can have on the result, but it has been proved countless times that a small matter is likely to bring us opportunities.

Fourth, the body is diligent

Diligence is to "stand up and enter the game", put yourself in, put your heart and soul into it, put your feelings, labor, time and energy into it, treat things as what you should do, and do things well, so that you won't feel tired if you put in.

Earnestness is one of the requirements of diligence. Nothing is difficult in the world, nothing is impossible to a willing mind. Making 50 phone calls to customers seriously is many times better than making 50 phone calls to complete the task. Being serious means taking it seriously, with an attitude, a plan and a method. The second requirement of physical diligence is to have input, to put yourself in, and to invest your feelings, energy and even money. This kind of investment will exert great strength when we encounter difficulties and help us solve customer service difficulties. We witnessed our sales staff fighting till the early hours to win customers, and customers were moved by our spirit; We braved the heavy rain in the middle of the night to go out to rescue and change the tires for our customers, which touched our customers.

The third requirement of physical diligence is perseverance. Many times, success is not due to the right method, but whether the amount we invested has been reached. When we do something, everyone will encounter boredom, helplessness, loneliness, difficulties and setbacks. Those who can do it choose to stick to it. I have heard of such a thing. A salesman of a foreign trade company decided to insist on sending 60 emails to customers every day (foreign trade mainly depends on emails to talk about orders). After nearly two months of persistence, she surpassed the original performance champion of the company and became the first and the business backbone of the company.

V. Diligence

Attentive also has two meanings:

1, diligent in thinking

"Accumulate hard thoughts" means thinking over and over again. When facing the task, we should first think more about what is the ultimate goal of this work, why we should do it, how to achieve it, find out the solution to the problem, and whether our approach is feasible. The goal we want to achieve determines the method we want to adopt. If the goal is wrong, the method is wrong, and the method is wrong, the goal cannot be achieved. Therefore, diligent thinking requires us to collect more information and not stay on the surface. When talking to customers, customers say that there is not enough money, but it is not necessarily the problem of money behind it; An employee is often late, not necessarily because he likes to be late, but also because he is dissatisfied with the company or work.

Step 2 learn more

Learning is to let us master more methods and knowledge and improve our ability. Learning can't be passive, you can't just wait for others to teach you, you should take the initiative to learn, so that you can improve quickly. Every day we encounter different and more complicated problems. We always use our own thinking and methods to deal with it instead of learning new things, and eventually there will be situations that we can't cope with. Learning is the only way to stay competitive. Summarizing and analyzing, reading books, watching videos and exchanging experiences with excellent people are all learning methods. Learning is one of the most important factors for a novice to become a sales champion within half a year.

The real execution is actually a habit and a kind of cultivation. With this habit, even without external supervision, we can have strong execution, which is the most important condition for us to become stronger.
