The advantage of this method is that it bears less total interest, and the disadvantage is that it has more monthly payments in the early stage.

(2) Equal principal and interest repayment method: equal repayment every month, and the interest in the early stage accounts for a large part of the repayment amount. The advantage is that the pressure of prepayment is lighter, and the disadvantage is that the total interest is more.

3. The monthly repayment amount should be calculated according to the interest rate of each bank, the repayment method you choose and the total loan period. Please consult the bank for details.
