After passing the agenda of this meeting of the Standing Committee, the meeting heard the Report on the Review Results of the Regulations on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products in Shandong Province (Draft) and the Report on the Review Results of the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Motor Vehicle Exhaust Pollution in Shandong Province (Draft) made by Xie Guozhong, deputy director of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Hearing the explanation of Wang Wensheng, Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, on the Amendment (Draft) to the Implementation Rules for the Election of the People's Congresses at County and Township Levels in Shandong Province; Having listened to the report on the local regulations submitted to the Standing Committee of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress for examination and approval made by the Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Hearing the report of Cheng Hui, director of the Provincial Department of Justice, on the popularization of law in our province in the "Fifth Five-Year Plan", the rule of law and the "Sixth Five-Year Plan"; Hearing the explanation of the resolution (draft) of Chen Mingfu, chairman of the Internal Affairs and Justice Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, on carrying out the sixth five-year legal publicity and education among the citizens of the province; Having listened to the explanation of "Shandong Province 20 1 1-20 15 Plan for Governing the Province by Law" made by Cheng Hui, director of the Provincial Department of Justice; Having listened to the proposal of the provincial government read by Dong Guoxun, director of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, on submitting a decision to remove Zhang Wanqing (Editor's Note: Secretary-General of the Shandong Provincial People's Government and member of the Party Group); Hearing the report of Zhou Yuhua, President of the Provincial Higher People's Court, on the request to remove a judge from the people's court.
This plenary session issued in writing the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress on Launching the Sixth Five-Year Legal Publicity and Education among the Citizens of the Province (Draft) and the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress on Governing the Province by Law 20112015 (Draft), which were deliberated by members of the Standing Committee. The meeting also released a written report on the inspection of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Red Cross Society and the Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Red Cross Society in Shandong Province, a report on the inspection of the implementation of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) in Shandong Province, and a report on Bao Zhiqiang's visit to Argentina, Brazil and Peru.
Wang Junmin, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor, Zhou Yuhua, President of the Provincial Higher People's Court, and responsible comrades of the Provincial People's Procuratorate attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
