Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of full-time undergraduate enrollment in Beijing Information Science and Technology University, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Beijing Municipal Education Department.
Article 2 Name of the school: Beijing Information Science and Technology University (hereinafter referred to as the school), full name: Beijing Information Science &; University of Science and Technology, BISTU for short. School code: 1 1232, school address: Qinghe Xiaoying East Road 12, Haidian District, Beijing, zip code:10192; Jianxiangqiao Campus is located at No.35, North Fourth Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Qinghe Campus is located in Qinghe Sidao, Haidian District, Beijing.
Article 3 The school is a full-time state-owned university supported by Beijing with industry as the main body and the coordinated development of industry, management, science, economics, literature and law. Full-time undergraduate students are enrolled in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The school recruits minority preparatory students for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Students will become undergraduates after passing the preparatory courses. The undergraduate course enrolls high school classes in Xinjiang and Tibet in the mainland.
Chapter II Enrollment Organization
Article 4 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment, which shall be fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment. The leading group has an admissions office, which is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment; There is an enrollment supervision office, which is responsible for supervising the whole process of undergraduate enrollment.
Fifth school enrollment consciously accept the supervision of superiors and school discipline inspection and supervision departments, and are willing to accept the supervision of candidates, parents and society.
Chapter III Enrollment Conditions
Article 6 All candidates who meet the registration requirements stipulated by the Admissions Committee of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students come from can apply for our school.
Article 7 The physical requirements of all enrollment majors in schools shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling Hepatitis B Examination in Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2).
Chapter IV Admission
Article 8 The school enrollment work strictly implements the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality, conscientiously implements the principles of "fairness, justice, openness" and "comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, and merit-based admission", and implements the relevant care policies for candidates stipulated by the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 9 The total number of students enrolled by a school in each province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) and the number of students enrolled by major shall be based on the information published by the local provincial admissions department, and can also be found on the school admissions website.
Article 10 The enrollment categories of schools include science and engineering, literature and history, and comprehensive reform, and the provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the college entrance examination reform pilot is located shall follow its relevant regulations. Mechanical, instrumentation, automation, electronic information, computer, business administration, economics, journalism and communication and other related majors.
Article 11 The school reserves a plan that does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan to control the quality of students and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score. The reserve plan is put into use on the principle of quality first, openness and transparency.
Twelfth for the batch according to parallel volunteer, the school file adjustment ratio is 100%, and the admission is based on the principle of score priority. Under the same conditions, give priority to the candidates with the highest voluntary order; For the batches that volunteer to file in sequence, the proportion of school file transfer shall not exceed 105% in principle, and the first volunteer candidate shall be given priority, and there is no voluntary grade difference. Candidates with the same aspirations are admitted from high scores to low scores. When the scores are the same, compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign language and comprehensive subjects in turn, and the one with the highest score of single subject is preferred.
Thirteenth candidates in accordance with the principle of "score first, follow the professional voluntary", no professional grade difference.
Fourteenth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be recognized when transferring files and assigning majors.
Fifteenth minority students' preparatory classes, high school classes in Tibet and high school classes in Xinjiang in the Mainland shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education; The admission rules for special programs in poverty-stricken areas of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the local education authorities.
Sixteenth candidates in the pilot provinces (municipalities directly under the central government) of the college entrance examination reform shall be subject to the requirements submitted and published by the school to its provincial entrance examination institutions, and the enrollment work shall be carried out in accordance with the reform plans and related measures published by the provinces (municipalities directly under the central government).
Article 17 The admission rules for schools in Jiangsu Province are as follows: The admission method of grades before grades is adopted. The subject level is required to be B+B and above, and the subject level is required to be qualified and above. If the scores are the same, they will be selected from high to low according to the sum of the original scores and additional scores of the two subjects; If they are still the same, they will be selected in the order of their scores.
Eighteenth schools in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall implement the admission rules of "professional voluntary queuing admission within the scope of enrollment plan 1: 1".
Article 19 The admission rules for the "Double Training Program", "External Training Program" and "Rural Special Program" of schools in Beijing shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Beijing Municipal Education Department. Among them, the "external training plan" requires that the English score is not less than 1 10.
Article 20 The translation major of the school is limited to English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to English language candidates. However, at present, only English courses are offered in foreign language teaching in schools, and non-English language candidates can only choose English in foreign language courses after entering school.
Article 21 Schools have no restrictions on the ratio of male to female students.
Chapter V Others
Twenty-second schools implement the tuition standards approved by the Beijing Municipal Price Management Department. The tuition standard is: 5,000 yuan/year for translation major; Other majors are 4200 ~ 4600 yuan/year.
Twenty-third schools set up a number of scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance; At the same time, by helping to apply for national student loans, providing work-study jobs, granting special difficulties subsidies and other measures, students with financial difficulties can successfully complete their studies.
Twenty-fourth students who have completed the courses and credits prescribed by the school, met the graduation requirements of Beijing Information Science and Technology University and met the graduation conditions, the school will issue a "graduation certificate" to ordinary colleges and universities; In line with the "Regulations on Degree Management of Beijing Information Science and Technology University" and the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree, the school will issue a "Bachelor's Degree Certificate".

Article 26 In the process of enrollment consultation, any opinions and suggestions provided by our school consultants are only used as reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, and do not belong to our school's admission commitment.
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the requirements and regulations of the school's previous enrollment work are in conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail, and the previous relevant provisions shall be abolished immediately.
Article 28 The Admissions Office of Beijing Information Science and Technology University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
