2 sales office opening conditions

3 Implementation Steps (1) Make a plan
Accurate prevention and control of commercial housing sales. For the densely populated and mobile main urban areas such as Xuanwu, Qinhuai, Jianye and Gulou, priority should be given to epidemic prevention and control, and the sales offices should be actively promoted to be safe and orderly.
For Qixia, Yuhuatai, Jiangning, Pukou, Lishui, Liuhe, Gaochun and Jiangbei New District, we will fully promote the opening of sales offices under the premise of safety and control.
Development enterprises need to make good plans before the sales offices open to the outside world. The plan includes the following contents:

Development enterprises should incorporate the promise of opening sales offices into the sales plan, and go through the sales procedures with relevant materials such as the notice of resumption of work. The commitment to open a sales office and the sales plan must be publicized at the sales site.

For projects where the contradiction between supply and demand is not prominent, development enterprises are encouraged to start online sales mode under the principle of fairness, justice and openness.

Before the rectification measures are put in place, it is not allowed to organize personnel gathering activities such as house selection without authorization.
The real estate departments of all districts should strengthen the pre-and post-event supervision of development enterprises, strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, and deduct points from enterprises that have not formulated epidemic prevention measures and require inadequate implementation, and incorporate them into the credit records of development enterprises.
