The disclosure of government information refers to the information that is disclosed to the public within 20 days from the date of formation or change of government information. To apply for information disclosure, the public shall apply to the municipal departments of the State Council, local people's governments at all levels and government departments at or above the county level, and the departments that apply shall give a reply.
Legal objectivity:
Article 5 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information shall adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, legality and convenience, with openness as the norm and non-disclosure as the exception. Article 6 Administrative organs shall disclose government information in a timely and accurate manner. If an administrative organ finds false or incomplete information that affects or may affect social stability and disrupt the order of social and economic management, it shall issue accurate government information for clarification. Twenty-sixth belongs to the scope of voluntary disclosure of government information, it should be made public in a timely manner within 20 working days from the date of formation or change of the government information. Where there are other provisions in laws and regulations on the time limit for government information disclosure, those provisions shall prevail.
