This is a practical dry product that changes consciousness and way of thinking and improves income and efficiency.

Before we begin, let's solve a math problem in primary school.
My friend Xiao Xin and I graduated in the same year with a master's degree. At the behest of our parents, we both went to institutions in first-tier cities to do paperwork. Xiao Xin entered a large state-owned enterprise with a harmonious atmosphere. Everyone works every day, talking about news, gossip and the stock market. Eight hours passed quickly, and the monthly salary was 1 ten thousand. I entered a small engineering enterprise, and the project department staff ran on the construction site every day, and the office was often empty. As a few civil servants, I stayed, and I controlled the daily workload to be completed within 3 hours in the morning, with a monthly salary of 7,000 yuan.
Now the question is, Xiao Xin or me, who has the higher salary?
If you answered the latter, you are right. This is the difference between relative income and absolute income.
Xiao Xin's thinking, like most people, stays on the total monthly salary, that is, "absolute income": Xiao Xin's monthly salary 10000, so it is higher than my monthly salary of 7000.
And relative income, use two variables to measure your value: money and time. That is what we usually call "hourly wage".
Xiaoxin's monthly income is 1 10,000 yuan, she works 8 hours a day (no matter how she spends these 8 hours) and works 22 days a month. Hourly income in 56 yuan. I earn 7000 yuan a month, but I only work three hours a day (want to know how I do it? Please refer to my last article "How do office workers get rid of nine to five and work only three hours a day"). I work 22 days a month, and my hourly wage is 106 yuan, almost twice that of Xiao Xin.

Relative income, that is, hourly wage, is not a new concept. When we invite tutors, consult, make appointments with psychologists and attend training courses, we pay teachers by the hour.
We take it for granted that this kind of work is paid by the hour, but few office workers link the hourly salary to themselves.
Now, let's continue to think about the second question:
What is the biggest difference between Xiao Xin and me?
Is the working environment different? My environment is quiet? Is the job content different? My job is easier?
No, actually, my work is similar in difficulty and intensity to hers. The biggest difference between us lies in the way we look at problems-that is, the way of thinking.
Xiao Xin people take it for granted that they work 8 hours a day and get this dead salary every month. They think that if they want to increase their income, they should either get promoted, get a raise and jump ship, or become slash youth and do something else part-time. If they can still find time to do their own things during office hours, they will feel very "profitable".
This is also the way of thinking of most office workers.
When I first came into contact with the concept of relative income, I was greatly stimulated: according to my salary, I work 7-8 hours a day, so my hourly wage is less than that of 50 yuan!
What is this concept? After reading for so many years, the work done every day is worth 50 yuan an hour?
So I began to change my way of thinking: why not give myself a raise by actively reducing working hours?
Comprehensive evaluation of my current professional ability, work performance and work difficulty, I found that if I shorten my working hours to three hours, my value is about RMB 100 per hour, which is acceptable and suitable for me at present.
And to reach 100 yuan per hour, I can't work more than 3.5 hours a day. I am responsible for any overtime work.
Therefore, when I arrived at the office early in the morning, I regarded myself as a professional hired by the company at an hourly salary of 106 yuan, and I didn't dare to waste a minute. I will go all out to complete my core work, full of fighting spirit and enthusiasm.
Therefore, this difference in thinking about their own values is the difference between her and me.
Then, how do I manage to give myself 1 times the salary and only work for half a day? Don't worry, it's almost ready.

British scholar C.N. Parkinson gave a concept in his Parkinson's Law, which has become a concept in time management.
Parkinson's law shows that as long as there is time, work will continue to expand until all the time is used up.
If you are only given 24 hours to finish a job, time pressure will force you to concentrate on the task and find the core content quickly without being disturbed by useless information;
If you are given 1 week to complete the same work, you will spend 6 days on useless information collection and perfectionism;
What if I give you two months? You may finish it better than you do now, but you know what? You really spent two months!
The quality of the results delivered in a relatively short time is almost equal or higher, because concentration will force you to enter the state of ecstasy and flow of inspiration, ignore other trivial matters and eliminate all interference.
When I saw Parkinson's law, I recalled some things when I first worked.
After work that day, I sat in an empty office and felt very nervous. Because there is a report of 10000 words, which should be handed in before tomorrow morning. I can't even write the beginning.
I am not a serious procrastinator, but the problem is that I have just joined the company and have never written such a report. This report was originally written by another colleague, and now he has something urgent to rush back to his hometown, so the leader gave it to me.
This week, I have been searching for information, looking for suitable materials and content. But there are many things, and none of them are suitable. I saw the leader sitting in the office several times during the day and wanted to rush in and tell him that I couldn't finish it.
But I just started working, and I really don't want to embarrass myself. In fact, by this time, no one can finish it instead of me. In desperation, I called the graduate tutor and cried to him about my predicament.
My tutor is a wise scholar. As a teacher and father, he has helped me many times.
"I think you can do it, Han Xiao," the tutor said in a steady voice. "Remember that master's thesis you wrote? That's 80 thousand words. Remember the' Parkinson's Law' I told you about? "
16 hours later, at 9 am, I sat in the leadership office and handed in a report of 12000 words. Referring to the reports of last year and the year before last, I found that it was written in the information searched before. Burning the midnight oil 10 hour, and I'm still a little dizzy. "Yes, Han Xiao, I was worried that a week was too short, but your performance completely exceeded my expectations. You have worked hard this week. "
I smiled. The leader will never know how long it took me. I am more confident in my efficiency and potential.
Parkinson's law requires us to think about the following questions:
1. Do you really think it takes 7-8 hours to finish the work every day?
If the leader asks you to finish the work this morning, can you do it?
How much time do you spend on trivial things every day to avoid doing really important tasks?
4. If you enter the state of "flow" and work for 3 hours every day, is it possible that your grades will be better than now?
After answering the above four questions, we can try to cut your working hours by half in the next week. If you have to work eight hours a day, try to give yourself only four hours. If you spend 12 hours a day, give yourself 6 hours.
Use the "28 rule" mentioned in my last article, "How do office workers get rid of nine to five and work only three hours a day", to sort out your two most important core tasks. Using the "Parkinson's Law" in this article, try to set yourself a deadline that is at least half shorter than the original plan, and you will find that your efficiency has been surprisingly improved.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Please remember two sentences: 1, no matter how much time you spend on unimportant trifles, you can't make them more important (the 28 th rule); 2. Your time spending is inversely proportional to your work performance (Parkinson's Law).
The secret of how I use the relative income method to raise my salary is in these two articles. I hope my experience is useful to you.
End.
I am a feather beauty who insists on writing.
