Registration management
Article 1 The State implements a registered practice management system for the professional qualifications of cost engineers. Personnel who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of cost engineer and engaged in engineering cost-related work can engage in engineering cost work in the name of registered cost engineer after registration.
Article 2 The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources shall be responsible for the organization and implementation of the professional qualification registration of first-class cost engineers.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, formulate corresponding management measures for the registration of professional qualifications of cost engineers and supervise their implementation.
Article 3 Where registration is granted, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources shall issue the People's Republic of China (PRC) Cost Engineer Registration Certificate (Grade I) (or electronic certificate).
Article 4 A registered cost engineer shall hold a registration certificate and a practicing seal when practicing. The registration certificate, practicing seal style and registration certificate number shall be uniformly formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in conjunction with the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water Resources, the provincial Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources are respectively responsible for the production and issuance of registration certificates according to the division of responsibilities; The practicing seal shall be made by the registered cost engineer in accordance with the unified regulations.
