Where is the Newton apple tree in Tianjin University?

The lawn in front of the ninth teaching building is southeast. According to the inquiry of official website of Tianjin University, in 2007, the delegation of Tianjin University cut off a section of original branches from Newton's hometown Woolsop Manor, grafted them to Tianda after cultivation, and planted them in the southeast of the lawn in front of the ninth teaching building, becoming the first Newton apple introduced directly in China. Tianjin University, located in Tianjin, is the first batch of national key universities directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is a national "double-class" construction university, a national "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project" construction university, and one of the pilot universities of China Academy of Engineering and Ministry of Education 10 engineering education reform.
