First, the initial registration and submission time of video works
(1) Initial registration time
The registration time for the 2023 undergraduate professional examination of Harbin Conservatory of Music is from Friday, February 30th, 2022 to Tuesday, October 30th, 2023 18:00. Candidates use their mobile phones to register and pay fees on the "Xiaoyibang APP". The registration fee for each student is in 240 yuan, and each student can only apply for one major, but not at the same time.
(2) Time for submitting video works
1. The time for candidates to submit video works remotely is from 8: 00 on Thursday 10/2 to Friday 10/2: 00 in 2023. Candidates are required to submit video works through the mobile APP within the specified time. Failing to submit the work within the time limit is regarded as giving up the preliminary examination of the entrance examination in 2023.
2. Candidates can take the 1 mock exam from 6: 00 on June 65438+1October1day to 22:00 on June 12, 2023. Please take at least 1 mock exam before the formal exam, and be familiar with the process exactly the same as the formal exam. The video of the mock exam will not be used as the basis for grading.
Second, the initial test related requirements

The first trial of the school adopts the way of online recording and submission of video works by candidates. The college organized the judges to conduct a centralized review of the candidates' videos, and recorded the whole process of the review.

(3) Requirements for the production of video works
Candidates who apply for all majors and directions will be authenticated, registered online, recorded online, and submitted with video works at Xiaoyibang APP mobile terminal in the initial trial. The submitted video works meet the following requirements:
1. The content of video works must be recorded in strict accordance with the examination content requirements of the admissions brochure.
2. Art management, bel canto, national vocal music, musicology (musicology theory), direction of command. The video works of vocal music singing must be sung twice on the same track, the first time with accompaniment and the second time with cantata. The video must be sung continuously, and the call cannot be dropped twice. The form of accompaniment can be piano accompaniment or accompaniment band cooperation.
3. The major of composition and composition technology theory is composition direction. The two works of singing self-selected folk songs or opera fragments are cappella, without any accompaniment, and the same track is only sung once.
4. The submitted video works shall not use sound transmission equipment such as microphones during the whole recording process, and the video shall not be artistically edited, and must be recorded at the same time, and the audio and video shall be synchronized, otherwise the candidates' examination qualification shall be cancelled.
5. Video works should be submitted according to online registration. If the recorded works are inconsistent with the registered tracks, they shall be regarded as invalid works.
6. When recording video, the examinee must face the camera lens (in which the piano examinee must adjust the appropriate side to face the camera lens) to ensure that the singing (performance) is clearly visible within a suitable distance. If you are accompanied by a live piano, you must appear in the lens at an appropriate distance without changing the lens and angle. The video shall not have subtitles and venue scenery showing candidates' information, and shall not be introduced by candidates.
7. The deadline for the initial recording of video works is 20231October 20th, 65438+ 12:00. Candidates must start the formal examination before 10+65438+ 10:00 on October 20th. Don't rush to take the examination, which will affect the examination results.
8. The time for recording and submitting the formal examination video is 2 hours. Whether you quit halfway or not, the timer will not stop, and the countdown will appear on the page. If the countdown is "0", if the video of the exam is not submitted, it will be regarded as automatic waiver of the exam qualification.
9. When the candidates start the formal examination, that is, click the formal examination button on Xiaoyibang APP, they must complete the video recording of the examination content specified by the recruitment direction within 2 hours and successfully submit the examination video. Otherwise, it will lead to the failure of the exam, and the candidates will bear the consequences. Candidates should pay attention to the progress of video uploading after submitting videos to ensure that all videos are uploaded.
10. No recording, screen capture or screen locking is allowed during the examination recording. The mobile phone should always be in the exam recording interface, otherwise the exam will fail. Please be sure to check your mobile phone before the exam, and quit and close other applications except Xiaoyibang APP, such as WeChat, QQ, screen recording, music, video and online class.

The simulated slide test is consistent with the formal test, including identification, recording and submission.
(4) Re-examination list and re-examination registration time.
1. The College plans to announce the list of candidates entering the re-examination in official website of Harbin Conservatory of Music and official WeChat account in early February 2023.
2. The college plans to register for the second interview in mid-February, and the specific time will be announced separately.

Third, the disciplinary requirements for candidates.
Candidates must strictly abide by the discipline requirements of the distance examination.
