Law enforcement departments shall compile and publish a random sampling list, specifying the subject, basis, object, content, proportion, method, frequency and other contents of the inspection, and the sampling results shall also be announced to the public in a timely manner.

All law enforcement departments should compile and publicize the administrative law enforcement flow chart and administrative law enforcement service guide to facilitate the masses to handle affairs.
6. Openness of law enforcement process
Administrative law enforcement personnel shall dress in accordance with the provisions and wear uniform signs, take the initiative to show their law enforcement certificates, show their law enforcement identity, and issue unified administrative law enforcement certificates to inform the parties of the reasons, basis, rights and obligations of law enforcement.
7, service window publicity
District service hall, service window and other fixed office places should set up post information publicity boards, clearly indicating the staff unit, name, position, job responsibilities, law enforcement type, demonstration text of application materials, progress inquiry, consulting services, complaints and reports and other information.
8, law enforcement results publicity
Within 20 working days from the date of making the decision on law enforcement, the public information on law enforcement organs, law enforcement objects, law enforcement categories and law enforcement conclusions shall be announced to the public and subject to social supervision. The information of administrative license and administrative punishment decision shall be made public within 7 working days from the date of making the decision, unless otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations. Confidential information shall be implemented in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Guarding State Secrets, the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Information Disclosure and other relevant laws and regulations.
