Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education in order to standardize the enrollment behavior, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and ensure the smooth enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 8: Graduation Certificate: A Certificate of Graduation of Ordinary Colleges and Universities that has completed studies and passed school examinations and is awarded a nationally recognized academic qualification.

Article 9 Occupation qualification evidence collection: During school, you can take the national English proficiency test, the national computer level test, the Putonghua proficiency test and other occupation qualification tests. According to the relevant national policies and regulations, you can take the qualification examination of the corresponding major.

Chapter II Enrollment Institutions and Supervision Institutions

Article 10 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school, and discuss and decide on major issues of enrollment work. The party secretary and principal of the school are the leaders of the enrollment leading group.

Eleventh schools set up a discipline inspection and supervision group for enrollment, which is responsible for the overall supervision of enrollment. The secretary of the school discipline inspection commission serves as the head of the enrollment discipline inspection and supervision team.

Article 12 The School Admissions, Employment and Foreign Exchange Department is a permanent institution for enrollment, and is responsible for the daily work of school enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Requirements

Thirteenth according to the school development planning, school conditions, professional settings, student status and social needs, formulate enrollment plans, and report to the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education for approval before implementation.

Article 14 The enrollment majors and enrollment plans of schools in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be subject to those published by the local enrollment management departments, and the enrollment brochures can be found on the school website (http://www.qjyz.org/).

Chapter IV Charging Standards

Chapter V Admission Rules

Sixteenth enrollment work under the unified organization of the Admissions Committee, follow the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; Taking candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Seventeenth school admissions in accordance with the principle of "professional volunteer priority", according to the candidates to fill in the results and professional volunteer order to enroll majors. Candidates who have not accepted their professional volunteers but have reached the minimum score of the school will be transferred to the under-recorded major; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Article 18 Candidates shall follow the policy of adding or subtracting points formulated by the admissions committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Nineteenth under the same conditions, priority is given to candidates who have won the honorary titles of provincial outstanding students, outstanding student cadres, and three excellent students; Candidates with expertise in art and sports.

Article 20 Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition to the items specified in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities, according to the actual requirements of professional training in schools, candidates who meet the following physical health conditions are not allowed to record, restrict records or carefully record:

1. Candidates suffer from six major diseases listed in Article 1 of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the school will not accept them.

2. Abnormal color vision (commonly known as color weakness and color blindness) will not be admitted to medicine and medical related majors.

3. One eye is blind, the other eye is corrected to 4.8, and the lens power is greater than 400 degrees, which is not suitable for medical majors.

4. If both ears are within 3 meters, or one ear is within 5 meters, and the other ear is completely deaf, it is not suitable for studying medicine and medical related majors.

5. strabismus, dull sense of smell, stuttering, not suitable for medical majors.

Remind candidates that the school recruits candidates who are physically and mentally healthy and meet the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities". It is suggested that disabled candidates and those with abnormal liver function and positive Australian resistance should report to the medical and health specialty carefully. Freshmen should have a physical examination after entering school. Unqualified persons will be treated according to different situations until they are disqualified.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-first schools have national scholarships, Yunnan provincial government scholarships and other scholarships; Students with financial difficulties can apply for student-origin loan; Every year, the school will allocate special funds to provide financial assistance to students from poor families or set up work-study positions to help them complete their studies smoothly.

Article 22 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020, and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions, Employment and Foreign Exchange Department of Qujing Medical College.

Article 23 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with national laws and regulations or superior policies, the national and superior policies shall prevail. If false information is published, colleges and universities should bear relevant responsibilities.
