Let's take a look at the open file explorer window. Click on the search box in the upper right corner and the last three search keywords will be displayed.
On the Windows 10 system desktop, right-click the blank position of the taskbar at the bottom of the desktop and select the "Task Manager" menu item from the pop-up menu.
In the task manager window that opens, click the menu item File/Run New Task.
In the open Windows 10 running window, enter the keyword gpedit.msc, and then click OK to run the command.
In the local group policy editor window that opens, click the menu item User Configuration/Manage Templates /Windows Components.
Locate and click the menu item "File Explorer" in the expanded Windows component menu, and click the item "Turn off the display of recent search items in the file explorer search box" in the right window.
Right-click the setting item above and select the "Edit" menu item from the pop-up menu.
In the settings item editing window that opens, select the Enabled item, and then click OK. In this way, the recent keywords will not be displayed in the search box in the future.
