1. Strictly manage returnees from other places and high-risk areas outside the province. The specific arrangements are as follows:
(1) Those who come (return) from counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located outside the province, or whose activity tracks overlap with those who are positive, should take the initiative to report to their communities (villages) and units at the first time, accept the management of communities (village groups), conduct at least two nucleic acid tests, and fill in the blanks from the day they leave the local area.
(2) If you come to (return to) other counties (cities, districts) outside the province and cities, where there is no medium or high-risk area, you should report to your community (village) and unit at the first time, and carry out nucleic acid testing for not less than 2 times, and you must not flow before the test results come out. And after leaving the above-mentioned area, according to the principle of "filling in", carry out 14 days of home health monitoring, do not participate in gathering activities, and avoid taking public transport;
(3) Returnees who have been quarantined at the first entry point for 0/4 days should report to the destination community (villagers' group) in advance, and be quarantined for 7 days after returning home and tested at home for 7 days.
2. Carefully arrange travel and consciously implement prevention and control measures. At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still grim. It is suggested that the general public suspend their travel or work plans, try not to go out of the province, and do not go to middle and high-risk areas and areas where positive testers report. Keep a high degree of vigilance when going out, strictly do personal protection, and report to the community (villagers' group), unit and hotel after coming (returning). It is recommended to carry out nucleic acid detection at least 1 time, and do personal health monitoring within 14 days.
