The meteorological disaster warning information mentioned in these Measures includes:
(a) the type, intensity, occurrence time, duration, development trend, impact area and defense guide of meteorological disasters;

Community residents' committees and villagers' committees shall timely transmit meteorological disaster warning information and organize disaster prevention and avoidance. Eleventh information dissemination agencies should bear social responsibility, timely, accurate and free broadcast or release meteorological disaster warning information, and indicate the release time and release unit.
Without the consent of the competent meteorological department, the information dissemination institution shall not change the content of meteorological disaster early warning information release. Twelfth schools, communities, shopping malls, airports, ports, stations, expressway, tourist attractions and other places of management units, should use electronic display devices and other effective facilities, timely dissemination of meteorological disaster warning information issued by the competent meteorological departments. Thirteenth meteorological disaster sensitive units shall establish a responsibility system for receiving meteorological disaster early warning information and set up receiving terminals. Meteorological disaster-sensitive units mentioned in the preceding paragraph refer to units that may have a greater impact when suffering from disastrous weather according to their geographical location, climatic background and working characteristics. Article 14 If meteorological disasters such as typhoon, rainstorm, snowstorm, cold wave, smog and road icing reach Grade I (especially serious) and Grade II (serious) and need to be reinforced to the society, the municipal competent meteorological department shall put forward suggestions to the municipal emergency management agency and report them to the municipal government for approval before release. Fifteenth need to strengthen the release of meteorological disaster warning information to the society, information dissemination agencies should be released in the following ways:
(1) TV broadcasting by hanging corners, scrolling subtitles, adding video windows or interrupting other programs;
