Visitor autonomy embodies:
1, respect and cooperation
Consultants should respect the autonomy of visitors and their views, values and decisions. By establishing cooperative relations, consultants can promote the active participation of visitors and jointly formulate consulting goals and plans.
2. Information and choice
Visitors should get the information they need, including the purpose, methods and possible risks of the consultation process. Visitors have the right to know their right to choose and make wise decisions during the consultation process.
3. Freedom of decision-making
During the negotiation, visitors have the right to make their own decisions. Counselors should encourage them to express their wishes, needs and goals, and provide support and guidance instead of making decisions for visitors.
4. Authorization and responsibility
Visitors have the right to decide whether to continue consulting and choose a consultant who suits them. Visitors should also know their responsibilities and actively participate in order to make the consultation process more effective.
Matters needing attention in interview:
1, prepare in advance
Before the interview, carefully study the background, experience and professional field of the interviewee. In this way, we can get to know each other better and ask appropriate questions. Prepare a clear list of interview objectives and questions to ensure that no important information is left out.
Step 2 communicate effectively
The way of asking questions should be concise and clear. Use open-ended questions to encourage respondents to explain their views and experiences. Listen and give enough time for the interviewees to express their views completely. Avoid interrupting or urging the other person to answer questions.
3. Pay attention to detail and accuracy
Ensure that the interview process is accurately recorded or marked for future collation and reference. Clarify unclear questions or opinions and ask for details in order to obtain more accurate and comprehensive information. During the interview, we should respect the cultural background and values of the interviewee and abide by local laws and regulations. Avoid touching sensitive topics or any issues that may cause controversy or discomfort.
