Guiyang: The maximum loan for talents in Guiyang and Gui 'an housing provident fund is10.5 million yuan.

On March 7th, this newspaper learned from Guiyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center that from March 3rd, 2022 to March 6th, 2022, the Measures of Guiyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center on Supporting Talents to Buy (Rent) Houses in Gui 'an (Draft for Comment) solicited opinions from the society.

According to the exposure draft, in line with the provisions of the Measures for the Identification of Talent Classification in Gui 'an City (Trial), paid employees who hold the "Green Card for Talent Service in Guiyang City" can withdraw the balance of their own and their spouses' housing provident fund accounts for down payment when applying for housing provident fund loans. If there is no house in the administrative areas of Guiyang and Gui 'an and the house is rented, the withdrawal amount can be increased by 0.5 times (20 100 yuan/year) on the basis of the current amount.

The eligible employee housing provident fund loan amount can be increased by 0.5 times on the basis of its calculated loanable amount, and the maximum loanable amount can be increased by 0.5 times to 1.5 times on the basis of the current maximum amount.

Specifically: 1. For talents in categories A and B, the maximum loanable amount will be increased by 1.5 times (1.25 million yuan for a single employee's family; Dual-employee family: 6.5438+0.5 million yuan);

2. Class C talents, the maximum loanable amount has been increased by 1 times (single employee family 1 ten thousand yuan; Dual-employee family10.2 million yuan);

3. For talents in categories D, E and F, the maximum loanable amount will be increased by 0.5 times (750,000 yuan for single-employee families; 900,000 dual-employee families).
