Network information service: refers to the general name of information products and services provided by information service institutions through computer networks to meet users' information needs, including information content processing, information content provision, information content storage and acquisition, network value-added services, information consulting services, etc. In other words, network information service should be network information content service rather than network transaction service. If network services are incorporated into network information services, the scope of network information services will be infinitely expanded.
