In order to promote the diversification of training modes, improve the allocation policy of high-quality ordinary high school enrollment indicators to junior high schools, ensure the quota allocation ratio required by the national and provincial education administrative departments, give full play to the guiding role of reasonable allocation of some high-quality ordinary high school enrollment quotas (hereinafter referred to as "index students"), promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and comprehensively and thoroughly implement quality education, Foshan No.1 Middle School continues to recruit index students for the whole city. The specific implementation measures are as follows:
First, the quota allocation method
According to the Opinions on the Entrance Examination for Ordinary Senior High Schools in Foshan City (Fozhao [2019] No.2), Foshan No.1 Middle School arranges 50% of the ordinary student plan to recruit index students for the whole city, and 50% of the ordinary student plan is 498 students, who are assigned to five districts according to the proportion of junior high school students in each district. The quota of index students in each district is as follows: 62 in Chancheng District and 6544 in Nanhai District. Each district education bureau will allocate the number of students to all junior high schools in the district in proportion. In principle, each school has at least 1 student.
II. Indicators of health status
(a) graduated from junior high school this year and have a household registration in this city or enjoy the same educational level.
(2) You must take the Foshan 20 19 senior high school entrance examination.
(three) the comprehensive performance evaluation results should be above grade B (including grade B).
(four) in the same junior high school for three years in a row.
(five) the junior high school did not violate the school code of conduct.
Third, the admission method
(a) the registration, voluntary reporting, examination and admission time and procedures of the index students follow the unified arrangement of the city's senior high school entrance examination.
(two) the students are admitted according to the positive admission. After Foshan No.1 Middle School demarcates the admission of the index students with the scores of ordinary students, it demarcates the lowest control line for the admission of the index students with 15, and then selects the best students from high to low according to the results of the senior high school entrance examination and the order of volunteering.
(3) The unfinished Index Student Program in Foshan No.1 Middle School is automatically transferred to the General Student Program.
(4) In junior high schools with quota allocation, if the quota allocation is not completed, the quota will automatically become invalid and no additional records will be added.
Fourth, organizational requirements
(a) the District Education Bureau to develop the quota allocation scheme for the students in this district.
(two) the District Education Bureau shall determine the list of junior high schools that accept the allocation of index students before May 9, and announce it to the public. For junior high schools that violate the code of conduct for running schools, the qualification of index students will be cancelled. Each district will submit the list of public schools to the Municipal Admissions Office for approval before May 15, and the Municipal Admissions Office will issue a document before filling in the volunteers for the senior high school entrance examination.
