In accordance with the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control, in order to facilitate candidates and reduce personal contact, candidates are requested to choose the mailing method as far as possible, and the mailing expenses will be borne by those who pass the examination.
The charging standard shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the General Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Promoting the Post Delivery of Examination and Approval Service Results, and shall be paid upon receipt. After the mail is delivered, those who pass the examination will sign for it with their original valid identity documents.
Mail information collection
Please scan the QR code below with your mobile phone on July 2 1-27, 2020, and fill in the receiving information according to the prompts. After the information is collected, the relevant forms will be printed, classified and packaged within 3 working days, and sent out on July 30th. Please pay attention.
Matters needing attention
1. Please check the certificate collection number first (please click "Certificate Collection Number Query") and fill it in the corresponding column of information collection.
2. Please collect and fill in the information according to the requirements of certificate mailing within the specified time. The receiving information must be true and accurate, especially the certificate receiving number, receiving address and my contact telephone number, otherwise the receiving may be affected.
3. The e-mail signed by qualified personnel shall include the Registration Form for Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel in duplicate (printed and signed by the Personnel Testing Center) and the examination certificate. 1 copy of the Registration Form for Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel shall be put into my personnel file, and 1 copy shall be kept by me for later use.
4. If you don't receive the mailing information within one week, you can send my name, ID number, ID number, address, contact number and other information to the postal courier company, which will send it within two weeks according to the mailing quantity in principle. Tel: 67757 187.
5. I am willing to collect it on the spot.
