In my opinion, to be a good school, the premise is to have advanced school-running ideas. It is the starting point and destination of running a school, and it is the soul of the school, which is reflected in the grass and trees on campus and the smiles of teachers and students. We often say that "a good principal is a good school", which mainly means that a good principal has advanced school-running ideas and can lead the development of the school with ideas. Wenzhou Experimental Middle School puts forward the core values of "respect, choice and waiting", practices educational democracy and pursues adaptive development, which shows that education is a "slow art". The core of becoming a good school is to have a rich curriculum system. Curriculum is at the core of school education, which embodies educational ideas and teaching concepts. Of course, there is no single standard for dividing a good school, and there can also be different test dimensions such as school conditions, management effectiveness, teaching and scientific research level.
