Your best way is not to make trouble, but to think of other solutions. There are at least two ways to choose:
1. Transfer the store, and make up for some of your losses by charging a transfer fee.
2. Sit down and negotiate with the developer to find a way to make the business of the mall prosperous.
Because you can't solve things by being noisy, maybe people will get hurt when they are emotional, and then the loss will outweigh the gain. Therefore, it is suggested to solve it peacefully.
