Which brand should I add to change the brake oil?

Brake fluid is an important automobile maintenance product, but its influence on automobile braking system is very important. According to the statistics of Shenzhen Shenfuyuan Information Consulting Co., Ltd., the market capacity of automobile brake fluid matching oil in China is about 6.5438+0.2 million tons, and the annual consumption of brake fluid in the circulation market is 6.5438+0.5 million tons, but it is less than half of the high-grade automobile brake fluid currently on the market. At present, the mainstream brands in the market include Bosch, ExxonMobil, Sinopec Great Wall Anno, Ogina and FAW-Volkswagen.

We selected famous brands at home and abroad, such as Bosch, ExxonMobil, Sinopec Great Wall Anno, Ogina and original DOT4 brake fluid from FAW-Volkswagen, and tested six basic indexes, such as boiling point of wet-dry equilibrium reflux, evaporation, kinematic viscosity at -40℃, corrosiveness and rubber adaptability, in a third-party laboratory. On this basis, the comprehensive ranking of five kinds of brake fluids is given based on the test results of various indicators, which can be used as a reference for consumers to buy. From the comprehensive performance of various indicators, the brake fluid quality of Bosch and FAW-Volkswagen is the best, followed by the brake fluid of Sinopec Great Wall Anno. Mobil, a foreign brand, performed poorly. As the first brake fluid production base in China, private Ogina is at the bottom. The kinematic viscosity and rubber adaptability of domestic independent brand Ogina brake fluid at -40℃ are not good, and the comprehensive evaluation ranks last. A technical director surnamed Li of Shenyang Oginna Enterprise Co., Ltd. responded to this result. As the first brake fluid production base in China, our formula and even some raw materials are produced by ourselves, so the quality is no problem.

Considering that the three basic indexes of wet-dry equilibrium reflux boiling point and kinematic viscosity can directly reflect the high temperature resistance and gas resistance of brake fluid, these three indexes account for a slightly larger proportion in the comprehensive evaluation. In addition, the evaporation performance is also controversial. Huan Wen, an engineer of the National Petroleum and Petrochemical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, explained to reporters that although there are mandatory requirements for evaporation performance in China's brake fluid standards, the evaporation performance index has been cancelled in the American standard. Yi Cao, technical director of Great Wall Lubricating Fluid, believes that the evaporation performance in American standard was cancelled because their brake fluid has high high temperature resistance and all evaporation performances are qualified, so the test results cannot represent the quality of brake fluid. However, the domestic brake fluid level can't reach this level, so it is helpful to judge the high temperature resistance of brake fluid by measuring the evaporation performance.

Of course, we are constantly innovating and perfecting the formula, hoping to do better. China's brake fluid market is dominated by foreign capital, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, and the competition is fierce. As a large state-owned enterprise, China Petrochemical Great Wall Anno Brake Fluid has been in a leading position in the brake fluid market in China. It has entered the OEM field of more than 30 domestic automobile manufacturers. Foreign companies Bosch and Mobil also occupy a good position in the brake fluid market in China by virtue of their brand effects. Bosch relies on its 1300 professional automobile maintenance stations and innovative braking technology to expand its brake fluid market in China. ExxonMobil has always maintained cooperative relations with many luxury car manufacturers such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin, providing them with oil products and technical services. Under the double squeeze of foreign brands and large state-owned enterprises, small private manufacturers expect to occupy the vacant low-priced brake fluid market at a low price. However, in the annual sampling inspection of commodities in circulation fields in various provinces and cities, the quality of brake fluid produced by private enterprises is difficult to guarantee, and the unqualified phenomenon is serious.
