Tianxin District: Tianxin District is the seat of Hunan provincial government, located in the south of Changsha. Located in the geometric center of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, known as the "South Gate" of Changsha, it is the core area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Financial City, which is the focus of the province, and is at the forefront of the comprehensive reform pilot zone of "two-oriented society".
Yuelu District: Yuelu District is a municipal district of Changsha City, Hunan Province. Located on the west bank of Xiangjiang River, on the west edge of Changliu Basin, it is under the jurisdiction of the main channel of Xiangjiang River. Yuelu District, formerly known as the West District of Changsha City, was established as an independent administrative system in the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), and then a new Yuelu District was established in 1996. The name "Yuelu" comes from Yuelu Mountain. Yuelu District is located in the core area of "One Belt and One Department" and is the "western engine" and "western highland" of Changsha's transformation and innovation development.
Kaifu District: Kaifu District is located in the north of Changsha main city, close to the east bank of the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and the southeast end of the confluence of Liuyang River and Xiangjiang River. It is connected to Changsha County and Furong District in the east, Yuelu District in the west, Wangcheng District in the north and Tianxin District in the south. Jurisdiction over 16 streets, with a total area of 188 square kilometers.
