How to prevent online game addiction?

The research activities gradually turned into the real research stage. In addition to two cases, we summarized the previous survey results, let us discuss the scheme of using the network, and some opinions that are helpful to adjust the relationship between the two.

Conditional factors of research:

Advantages: 1 Books and materials: Wuxi library, online library;

2. Example news materials: related news and latest article reports of various websites;

3. Equipment conditions: 7 families in the whole group have computer networking;

4. Network resources: There are some web pages and websites about psychology and network on the Internet.

5. Investigation environment: the online rate of students in this age stage is considerable, which is beneficial to our investigation and research, and also makes our research topic more practical;

6. Instructor: Teacher Chen, a school psychology teacher;

7. Survey environment: Young users are usually extroverted and cooperative, which is convenient for us to conduct questionnaires;

8. Off-campus assistance: During the investigation, each player's parents and elders gave support and help.

Disadvantages: 1 Because the popularity of the Internet in China is not long, there is no very systematic, specific and comprehensive information about some adverse effects of the Internet on students of this age.

2. It is necessary to accurately and comprehensively understand the network usage rate of students in this age group. Because the survey was conducted during the winter vacation, most of the students have been at home, which will not be conducive to our field survey. If the network survey is adopted, although the cost can be reduced, the accuracy of the survey results may be affected because of the low credibility of the network;

3. During the winter vacation, each team member may have his own activities, which is not conducive to the contact and discussion between team members;

4. Some parents have extreme views on the Internet, which affects the authenticity of teenagers filling out questionnaires in social surveys;

5. The academic pressure of each team member reduces the research energy and affects the complete achievement of the project objectives.

This theory:

First of all, briefly introduce the actual situation of teenagers using and understanding the network at present.

In the research activities, all the members of our group cooperated with each other and investigated 600 questionnaires. The activity is divided into two stages: in the first stage, we divided into four groups and went to six middle schools in the city (No.2 Middle School, No.3 Middle School, Shibei, Technical School, Yucai and Xixin) to investigate students; In the second stage, we split up into two groups and conducted a wider social survey in downtown areas such as Xinhua Bookstore and Commercial Building, and in libraries and Internet cafes.

The following are the results and analysis of our questionnaire:

1. Average online time per week:

It is reasonable that teenagers' online time is still controlled. On the one hand, it is because of the pressure of study, on the other hand, it is because of the restrictions of parents. But from the later cases, we can know that some of the factors are the self-control of teenagers. Nowadays, most teenagers can control their online time, which reduces the possibility of indulging in the internet and the possible harm it may cause to teenagers to some extent.

2. Usually online location:

Nowadays, due to family material conditions and parents' resistance, most teenagers surf the Internet in Internet cafes, followed by at home. Judging from the information consulted on the Internet and the experience in life, teenagers who usually like surfing the Internet are mainly at home, where the material conditions are generally good, and their parents are mostly company employees and engineers with higher education (generally above high school). The family environment also directly affects the conditions and extent of teenagers' use of the Internet.

3. Parents' attitude towards surfing the Internet:

At least in Wuxi, parents are more open-minded about surfing the Internet. Although there are fewer people who are encouraging, the proportion of people who agree or don't care is relatively large, which makes teenagers use the internet more freely and have more room to play. On the one hand, this situation is conducive to teenagers' more understanding and barrier-free use of the internet, which is conducive to the network playing its due role in teenagers, and on the other hand, it is not conducive to teenagers' resistance to the harm of the internet. Teenagers' outlook on life, values and world outlook are all in the process of formation. Without the necessary control and guidance of parents, it will be very dangerous for most teenagers to help them distinguish between good and evil on the internet.

4. Online chat accounts for online time:

Unlike what we imagined, teenagers control the time of alternative communication on the internet just right. Of course, it may be mixed with some water, but it can also roughly reflect the status quo. This shows that today's teenagers are not so easy to indulge in illusory space, which is a good premise for teenagers to use the network healthily; However, we should still see that although the proportion from below 10% to above 80% is decreasing. However, teenagers who chat online for more than 80% still account for 1 1.55%, which is not a small number. Although there is no harm in chatting online, it will take energy and no benefit if it takes too long. Generally speaking, chatting can only be used as a leisure way, not as the main purpose of surfing the Internet.

5. Meet with netizens:

It can be clearly seen from the picture that the number of teenagers meeting netizens is small, which can reflect two situations: 1. Most teenagers can still distinguish between virtual space and real life on the network, and reduce the influence of virtual space on their real life, so as to avoid the bad influence of some networks, prevent some villains from using the network to do illegal things, and prevent teenagers from getting hurt themselves; 2. Most teenagers, even if they can't completely separate the network from the reality, can infer from the above chart that teenagers are quite wary of many things on the network, so that when they encounter things online, they will be alert to distinguish the good from the bad and then choose whether to accept them. Teenagers' psychological barriers also give them an extra layer of protection and reduce the actual harm of the network.

6. Order goods online:

The proportion of goods ordered online is relatively light. In fact, this is not only reflected in teenagers, but also in the whole society. It can be seen that the development of the network is not enough. Although ordering goods online is a trend, it has not yet become an important shopping way in people's lives, which shows that the network has considerable prospects and also shows that the network needs great development and improvement. However, we can also see that compared with the online shopping of the whole society, the proportion of online shopping for teenagers is still relatively large. Therefore, teenagers, especially those who use the Internet, are more daring and willing to try new things and have strong adaptability. These are also one aspect of the network's good influence on teenagers.

7. Have you ever been to an online school?

Online school, like online shopping, is a relatively new way of consumption. It is obvious from the bar chart that most teenagers have never been to online schools. Outside the internet, most teenagers receive education in the traditional way. On the internet, teenagers mainly have the mentality of obtaining information and entertainment, and the teenagers who go to online schools will inevitably not account for the majority. But it can also reflect the unpopularity of online schools. On the one hand, it can be attributed to teenagers' online psychology, but on the other hand, it can also show that the quality of online schools needs to be further improved.

8. What do you mainly do online?

Obviously, teenagers mainly play games and chat online, and then watch the news. As can be seen from the photos of Internet cafes we have taken, generally speaking, boys are more inclined to play games online, while girls are more inclined to chat online, which is of course related to the personality differences between boys and girls. As can be seen from the above picture, people who play games are slightly higher than those who chat. Generally speaking, there are more boys than girls surfing the Internet, which can be verified by the data found on the Internet. Watching news is to get information, which is also a very important function of the network. There are still quite a few teenagers who really use the Internet to help them study, which is very valuable. It can be seen that the relationship between teenagers and the internet is still relatively good, and the help that the internet has shown to the growth of teenagers is obvious.

9. Have you ever used learning software?

The number of teenagers who have used learning software is more balanced than that of teenagers who have attended online schools. It can be seen that teenagers' utilization of computers and software is constantly improving, which is also a good prerequisite for the further development of the network.

10. What is Http (current teenagers' understanding of basic knowledge of network):

The correct answer is hypertext transfer protocol, but almost the same number of people answered correctly and incorrectly. When setting this topic, we reduced the difficulty of this topic. Hypertext Markup Language and Hypertext Transfer Protocol are very different, but the above results have been achieved. It can be seen that today's teenagers are very sleepy about the basic knowledge of the Internet, but they can surf the Internet but don't understand the Internet, which has played a great obstacle to helping teenagers make full use of the Internet. Therefore, we should strengthen the supplement of teenagers' network knowledge now, so that teenagers can understand the function of the network more clearly, make the network better used by themselves and provide more help to teenagers. On the other hand, strengthening teenagers' understanding of online conventions is more conducive to teenagers' recognition of the online world, helping teenagers to better protect themselves and not do things that hurt others unconsciously.

1 1. the relationship between internet use and academic performance:
