The monitoring unit shall strictly implement the monitoring plan, timely analyze and process the monitoring data, and timely feedback the monitoring results and evaluation to the entrusting party and relevant units. When the monitoring data reaches the monitoring alarm value, the entrusting party and relevant units must be informed immediately.
