Experimental study on treatment of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater by immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria?

The effects of the contents of sodium alginate (SA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on the performance of the immobilized carrier were investigated, and the best conditions for preparing immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria were selected, and the treatment effect of immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria was studied. When the mass fraction of PVA and SA is 8.00% and 65,438 0.00%, respectively, the immobilized carrier has the best compression performance and can form a rich porous structure.

The immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria were domesticated 160 h before treating ammonia-nitrogen wastewater, which could restore high activity. When the dosage of immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria is 2% (mass fraction), the reaction temperature is 30℃, pH is 8.0 1, and dissolved oxygen is 3.0 mg/L, the mass concentration of ammonia-nitrogen in ammonia-nitrogen wastewater decreases from the initial 3835.29 mg/L to 82. The removal rate is 97.85%. The immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria can still achieve similar ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment effect when the dosage is lower than that of ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria, which proves that the immobilized ammonia-nitrogen degrading bacteria can effectively treat high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater.
