Practice Activities of Tanggu Jida Xinxin Education and Training Center

Jida Xinxin actively participates in social welfare activities and education and training practice activities. Respond to the public welfare activities organized by Tanggu District Civil Affairs Bureau and Education Bureau every year; At the same time, join hands with northern talents to enter the university campus and make career planning. Go to Tianjin Naval University of Engineering and Tianjin Maritime College for on-site employment guidance, and provide free courses for many students. Enter the blue-collar apartment (Tianjiang apartment, Guoxiang apartment and Tianhai apartment) in the development zone for on-site study guidance and application guidance; Enter the labor-intensive enterprises in the development zone to register blue-collar workers on the spot, and give free training places to outstanding employees of some enterprises; Apply for a tour guide at Binhai Vocational College; Provide free open classes or live experience classes every weekend, and arrange different projects during the period to provide students with professional counseling and practical and effective knowledge guidance; Admission for disabled students is free, with half-price concessions for the elderly; Various actions to facilitate and serve candidates have made Jida establish a good image in the social reputation of Binhai New Area.

Jida Xinxin, as the "Joint School-running Base of Tianjin Development Zone Trade Union Federation", has played a very active role in the trade union's promotion of quality education for workers. In 2007, nearly 100 students were awarded the "Trade Union Achievement Award" after their further studies at Jida University. At the same time, we use our own good educational resources and services to carry out the activity of "sending education to enterprises" and share it with the employees of Binhai New Area. In particular, according to the needs of enterprises, "tailor-made" English and other special trainings have gone deep into the grassroots level, and won unanimous praise from enterprises and employees for their close proximity to jobs and practicality.

In 2008, the Human Resources Department was established in Jida University to provide one-stop services for coastal enterprises, including recruitment, order-based training, employment and follow-up education. At present, we have received employment orders from many enterprises.

In 2009, our college was approved as an engineering education and training institution for improving farmers' quality in Tianjin. We also hope to provide preferential, scientific, effective, standardized and high-quality training not only for the majority of township students, but also for disabled students in socially disadvantaged groups, so that they can learn true knowledge, build confidence, improve their own quality, broaden employment channels and add strength to the creation of a learning society.
