(1) The original and photocopy of the applicant's identity certificate;

(three) the verified land contract or land transfer contract and publicity materials (including land contract and transfer, etc.);
(4) List of contributions made by members of specialized farms;
(five) professional farm development plan or articles of association;
(six) other documents that need to be issued.
The township (town) government shall conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials for the establishment of family farms within its jurisdiction, and report them to the county (city) agricultural and economic departments for examination after passing the preliminary examination. After examination and approval, the county (city) administrative department of agriculture shall confirm its professional farm qualification, make a reply and recommend it to the county (city) administrative department for industry and commerce for registration.
