Chapter one? general rule
Rule number one According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, in order to better implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education to "run the school according to law" and ensure the smooth enrollment of full-time undergraduate students (hereinafter referred to as enrollment), these Articles of Association are formulated.
Rule number two The full name of the school is Beijing Forestry University. It is a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the state, a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and the first batch of universities with the right to confer doctoral and master's degrees in China, which has been selected as a national "double-class" construction university.

Article 4? Certificate issuance: those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified number of years will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Beijing Forestry University; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education.
Article 5? The enrollment work of Beijing Forestry University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, comprehensively measure candidates' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter two? Organization and responsibilities
Article 6? Beijing Forestry University has set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which is responsible for undergraduate enrollment. The leading group for undergraduate enrollment is headed by the party secretary and the principal, with the leaders in charge of enrollment, discipline inspection and supervision and undergraduate teaching as deputy heads, and the heads of the academic affairs office, discipline inspection commission and supervision office as members.
Article 7? The Admissions Office of Beijing Forestry University, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 8? Beijing Forestry University set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment supervision, with the school leaders in charge of discipline inspection and supervision as the team leader, the deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the director of the supervision office as the deputy team leader, and the staff of the Supervision Bureau of the Commission for Discipline Inspection as the team members to perform the corresponding enrollment supervision duties.
Chapter three? Enrollment plan and admission
Article 9? The enrollment work of Beijing Forestry University is conducted under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and under the unified organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the enrollment system of "schools are responsible and provincial enrollment supervision" stipulated by the Ministry of Education is implemented. Adhere to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency in the admission process, and implement comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Ministry of Education, according to the principle of "beneficial to the structure of school students, favorable to students' employment services and national social needs", according to the number of applicants for the college entrance examination in various provinces, the admission rate in previous years and the degree of enjoyment of the plans of colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education, the enrollment plans of various provinces and majors are compiled, which shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment institutions of various provinces.
The school reserves 1% of the total enrollment plan, which is used to adjust the imbalance of students in the unified examinations in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and solve the admission problem of candidates with the same scores.
Other plans that have not been compiled by the provinces are used for special enrollment types such as high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams.
Article 11? Types and principles of enrollment
1. Enrollment type: The undergraduate enrollment of the school includes regular classes, national special projects, university special projects, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, art classes, inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang high school classes, Xinjiang Cooperation Plan, South Xinjiang Plan, ethnic minority preparatory students, special projects of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, non-Tibetan students entering Tibet for employment, and overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
2. Shift rate: For the batches filed in a voluntary order, the shift rate should be controlled within 120% in principle; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of file adjustment should be controlled within 105% in principle. Candidates who have passed the examination of ideological and political morality, are subject to professional adjustment and meet the requirements of physical examination are not allowed to file in principle.
Within this range, our school will select the best candidates according to the application, professional volunteers and related single subjects.
3. School Volunteer: Our school selects qualified candidates according to the enrollment plan. Unfinished enrollment plans can be collected voluntarily. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with better student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
4. Admission major: Admission is based on the principle of score priority. Those with the same grades will be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). If the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) do not have clear sorting rules for the same score, we should first compare the total score of the actual examination culture and then compare the scores of related subjects. Comparison order of related subjects: science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, Chinese, science and technology and foreign languages in turn; Literature and history candidates compare Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive literature and foreign languages in turn.
For all candidates who can't meet the reported professional volunteers but obey the adjustment, they will be transferred to unfinished majors according to the ranking of scores from high to low until the admission quota is full.
In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, our school implements the admission rule of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1"; The provinces that reformed the college entrance examination shall implement the admission documents published by the corresponding provincial admissions office.
Biotechnology (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) and wood science and engineering (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) are Sino-foreign cooperative education projects with a duration of five years. When enrolling students, only candidates who apply for the project and meet the admission conditions will be admitted.
5. Bonus points policy: For candidates who enjoy bonus points policy (national bonus points), our school will recognize them when transferring files and enrolling majors, but the maximum score will not exceed 20 points. All college entrance examination bonus items and scores are not applicable to enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.
Article 12? foreign language
1. Only English language candidates can apply for Japanese major.
2. Some courses of biotechnology (Sino-Canadian joint school project) and wood science and engineering (Sino-Canadian joint school project) are taught in English, and candidates in non-English languages are advised to apply cautiously.
3. Non-English language candidates are advised to apply for business administration, international economy and trade, finance, e-commerce, information management and information system (management information direction), information management and information system, law, computer, electronic information science and technology, English, business English, biological science, design, animation and other majors carefully.
4. Other majors are not limited to languages, but because the foreign language courses and related professional courses in our school do not have the conditions to offer non-English languages, please apply for non-English language candidates carefully.
Article 13 Ratio of male to female: There is no gender restriction for all enrollment majors.
Article 14 Admission of past students: Admission of past students shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the provincial admissions office and treated equally with current students.
Article 15 Admission of special types of candidates: the admission of high-level art troupes, art majors, high-level sports teams, special programs of colleges and universities, Sino-Canadian cooperative education projects and other special types shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the specific provisions of the corresponding enrollment brochure of Beijing Forestry University in 2022.
Article 16 Physical examination requirements
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, as well as the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling the Hepatitis B Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (Teaching Hall [2010] No.2) and the supplementary regulations formulated by our school (see the enrollment policy column of the Undergraduate Admissions Network of Beijing Forestry University for details).

Article 17? Tuition standard
According to the spirit of documents J.J. Zi [2000] No.217 and J.J. Zi [2000] No.334, the tuition standard in 2022 is: 2,500 yuan per student for forestry, soil and water conservation and desertification control, wildlife and nature reserve management, and 6,000 yuan per student for English, business English and Japanese. The tuition fees for biotechnology (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) and wood science and engineering (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) are collected in two stages: 40,000 yuan per student per year in the first, second and third academic years (including 5,500 yuan for tuition fees and 34,500 yuan for professional training fees), and 5,500 yuan per student per year in our school in the fourth and fifth academic years, and the tuition fees are collected by the University of British Columbia, Canada. At present, the standard of each student's credit is 1469.75438+0 Canadian dollars, about 65 credits for biotechnology (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project) and about 70 credits for wood science and engineering (Sino-Canadian cooperative education project). This part of the tuition standard is slightly adjusted every year, based on the admission standard of UBC University in that year.
Accommodation standard is 900 yuan per student per year. If the state adjusts the tuition and accommodation fees for undergraduates in 2022, the school will charge them according to the new regulations.
Article 18? Entrance examination
According to the Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education), our school conducts a preliminary examination of the admission qualifications of freshmen when they report for duty. During the examination, if it is found that the new admission notice, candidate information and other supporting materials are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other violations of the provisions of the national entrance examination, the admission qualification will be cancelled. After the new students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within 3 months. In the review, it is found that students have fraud, favoritism and other circumstances, which are determined to be unqualified in the review and cancel their school status; If the circumstances are serious, the school will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling.
Article 19 Funding policies and procedures
The school has established a "6+ 1" multi-complementary student reward and funding system, with scholarships, grants, student loans, work-study programs, special difficulties subsidies and tuition deferred payment as the main ones, supplemented by social assistance. Set up a "green channel" when new students report to help students with financial difficulties enter school smoothly. After entering the school, students who have passed the identification of family financial difficulties can get corresponding help. Article 23? The articles of association are drafted by the Admissions Office, and promulgated and implemented after the school has fulfilled the relevant audit procedures. Amendments to the Articles of Association shall be implemented after approval according to the same procedures.
Article 24? In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations, rules or superior policies, the national laws, regulations, rules and superior policies shall prevail. The Articles of Association shall be subject to the final examination by the Ministry of Education, and the right of interpretation belongs to the leading group for undergraduate enrollment.
