Material submission requirements: 1. The corresponding review materials must be submitted according to the published hospitalization number and cannot be replaced; 2. The results representative shall provide all original materials. If surgical video is provided, please provide surgical video (U disk or hard disk, and the provincial health and health commission requires surgical recording), surgical video integrity commitment letter, surgical video confirmation letter, original certificate of hospital ethics review, surgical video introduction, surgical video and stamped list of clinical case medical records (refer to 50 cases template).
